Chandani Punia
Co-Founder | Human-Centered Design & Strategy
Chandani is a social impact leader with over 15 years of global experience helping organizations design more inclusive, human-centered solutions. She’s worked across nonprofits, government, and the private sector—always focused on making systems more responsive and equitable.
She earned her MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where she now teaches. But she’ll tell you her best learning comes from listening deeply, staying curious, and traveling widely.
Javier Garcia
Co-Founder | Nonprofit Operations & Systems
Javier understands the inner workings of nonprofit operations and finance like few others. He spent 8 years at City Harvest, one of NYC’s largest food rescue organizations, where he built systems that kept Programs, Fundraising and Finance in sync.
Before AI tools became common, Javier was already creating in-house solutions to bridge data gaps. He’s passionate about building tech that works for people, not the other way around. Javier holds a Master’s in Global Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Karthik Sridharan
Co-Founder | Technology & Product Development
Karthik is a seasoned entrepreneur and Wharton graduate with a track record of building technology that works for real people. In 2012, he co-founded Kinnek, a platform that helped small businesses streamline procurement—raising $33 million in funding and driving over $1 billion in quote volume before his successful exit.
At Impactable, he brings his passion for building user-first platforms to the nonprofit world. When he's not building or mentoring startups, he's chasing the perfect cup of coffee in New York City.
